Birthing Mama offers a holistic approach to the transformative experience of pregnancy. Author Corinne Andrews, a yoga teacher since 2003 and creator of Birthing Mama Prenatal Yoga and Wellness, guides women through each week of the nine-month journey, integrating body, mind, and spirit through reflection, yoga postures and breath practices, self-care activities, and creative projects. About the Author: Corinne Andrews is co-owner/director of Yoga Center Amherst in Massachusetts and leads the 200-hour Embodyoga® Teacher Training in addition to teaching weekly classes. She is the developer and lead teacher of the Birthing Mama® Online Program, 90-hour Prenatal Yoga and Wellness Teacher Training, and she teaches Birthing Mama classes and workshops locally and online. She has been teaching yoga to people of all ages and abilities since 2003. Andrews is trained in classical hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga, advanced levels of Embodyoga®, prenatal and postnatal yoga, meridian yoga, shiatsu, and as a birth doula. She holds a BA in Cross-Cultural and Alternative Health and Healing. In addition to all she has studied, her greatest teachers are her two beautiful children, and the profound spiritual journey of mothering them from pre-conception through to the here and now.

Items that are noted as pre-order will ship during the timeframe specified.  If the vendor updates the back-order timeframe, we will provide updates and you are welcome to cancel the order anytime prior to shipment.

To make a return, please email orders@pacifieronline.com to request return authorization. In your message, please include your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will get back to you within 2 business days to provide return authorization on applicable orders and shipping instructions.

Returns made within 14 days of order delivery receive a full refund to the original form of payment or exchange. Returns made within 15-60 days of order delivery receive store credit which never expires.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns, any shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.The shipping fee depends on the size and weight of your return order.
