If you don't absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email contact[at]pacifieronline.com with the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Please note that we're unable to accept returns made without an RA#.

Due to the nature of our business, returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days upon receipt of the product, for store credit only. Store credit never expires.

Returned merchandise must be in original product packaging with tags attached, and in new condition.

Strollers, car seats, furniture, special orders and drop shipments are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item is damaged upon receipt, Pacifier will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your purchase qualified for free shipping and you choose to return all or part of the order, you will be credited the full item price minus the shipping and handling costs that we incur in shipping the item(s) to you.

We ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on weight. Signatures are not required but tracking is provided. We recommend that you provide a shipping address that has a secure delivery space. Pacifier cannot be responsible for theft of packages that have been confirmed as delivered via provided tracking services.
